Calendar search on MacBook Pro doesn't work
The fix in Rebuild the Spotlight index on your Mac - Apple Support doesn't work either. Please help.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Rebuilding the Spotlight index was a great idea to try to resolve the search issue you're having with the Calendar app. What happens when trying to search for an event? Do no events appear, does an alert appear, or something else? Search for events in Calendar on Mac - Apple Support
You don't mention which macOS you have installed, so be sure you're full updated. Updates can help resolve issues by installing bug fixes and security updates: Update macOS on Mac - Apple Support
