apple tv does not send verification e-mail

apple tv does not send verification e-mail.... I get other e-amils from apple BUT not an e-mail... I checked all folders the issue is not on my side

trouble with signing in to Apple TV on Roku with a TV provider I'm trying to sign in to my Apple TV with a TV provider on my Roku. The email is originally a comcast email and says it does not recognize the email. Apple TV is included in its plan. I have asked google and other search engines to help me. They all say to go to settings of the Apple TV app on Roku and look for users and accounts, then proceed to sign in with TV provider. This does not exist when I am looking with said directions. I cannot find a part of setting listed as users and accounts. Can I please get a better answer to solve this issue or am I just not allowed to do this process on Roku.

Unable to sign on to Apple TV on my PC for streaming. Apple.com site accepts my email and password, but the Apple TV site does not. It just keeps returning to sign in request window. This has happened before and don't know what we did to fix. It even has given me verification code, but then when inputting, it just returns me to signin.

Unable to sign in to Apple TV+ on Firestick I can't sign into my Apple TV + account on my Firestick, even though I saved the email and password in the past. I've used every password I can think of, even the one I just created in July of 2025 (it's now January of 2026). Can I change the password somewhere or is there something else I can do?

What kind of verification email did you expect?

After initial sign-up to a subscription service, subscribers would get an Confirmation email with the details of the subscription.
When needed for two-factor authentication, you would receive a verification code on your trusted Apple devices (pop-up notification), or else on a trusted phone number (SMS text message). Not by email.
