Can I get my photos I permanently deleted?
I accidentally deleted some videos and pictures I wanted to keep

Permanently deleted photos can't be recovered by Photos. The Recently Deleted album is the only place where Photos is saving photos for us so we can restore them, and only for thirty days.
To recover permanently deleted photos you have to use your own backups you made, before the photos got deleted. What kind of backups are you keeping?
You could recover the photos for example by restoring the iPhone from an iCloud backup, but only, if you have not been using iCloud Photos, see: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support. an iCloud backup of the iPhone will not include your photos, if you are using iCloud Photos.
