eFootball iOS Issues Need Attention

I’m experiencing critical problems while playing eFootball on iOS . These issues have persisted for six months without a response. I tried all troubleshooting options and contacting Konami support team but they’re not responding.The game functions well on Android devices and most iOS devices, but not on mine. The issues include:

1. Interception and Blocking Shots: The interception mechanics are not working as intended. Opposing players can intercept passes from considerable distances, leading to unrealistic gameplay scenarios.

2. Ball Control and Possession: My players struggle to maintain ball control and execute tight dribbles or close-quarters play. This negatively impacts the overall gameplay experience.

3. Inconsistent Positioning: Players do not align with the selected tactics, disrupting strategic elements and affecting gameplay outcomes.

4. Unbalanced Gameplay: Imbalance affects aspects like first touch, kicking power, and tight possession, resulting in unrealistic outcomes and diminished game enjoyment.

5. Underutilized Player Stats: High stats in areas like tight possession, stamina, and acceleration do not translate into effective gameplay. Players frequently lose possession despite favorable attributes.

6. Inaccurate Player Stats: Player stats do not accurately reflect abilities. Players with high speed appear slower than expected, impacting gameplay on iOS devices compared to Android.

I have attempted troubleshooting steps and reset my iPad, but the issues persist. I kindly request urgent attention and assistance to resolve these matters.
