If not malfunctioning, the hard disk is probably NTFS, and macOS can red but not write those. Which means you can have an add-on NTFS app installed on the other Macs that can access it and no app here, or the add-on NTFS app installed here is malfunctioning or down-revision.
Paragon is a common third-party app that adds write access to NTFS volumes. If Paragon is around, check for updates.
If you don’t need to physically swap this hard disk with Windows PCs, then off-load the contents of this NTFS volume somewhere, reformat it as HFS+ or maybe APFS, or—if the Windows systems are on the same network—enable and access a file share on Mac or on Windows.
Or the volume can be failing. Hard disks do that.
