I have a IPOD Nana that will not run. Would Like to have serviced, but can not find the serial number.

My older IPOD Nano will not charge. I can not find the serial number on the clip as described in the help.

Is is it to old to be serviced?

I do not want to lose the music that is on it.

Please advise.

That device is obsolete. Apple will no longer service it. Your music was synced to the device from your computer and is safely stored on your computer.
