Apple Music Playlist Malfunctioning
I can no longer add songs to any of my playlists. It has been doing this for a few weeks. My phone is updated to the latest iOS and I have closed out Apple Music and restarted it. Any ideas?

Close all apps and force restart: Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (AU)
You could also delete the app and download it again.
