My message bubbles are green instead of blue when they used to be, and I've tried everything.

I have tried restarting my phone, disabling and enabling imessage, I have a strong wifi and cellular connection and the bubbles are still green. Please could I have some advice with this

Are you sure the person you're trying to text has the number/email you're trying to text registered for iMessage? If so, then you can try disabling Send as SMS. Under Settings go to Messages and toggle Send as SMS off. This will not send iMessages as SMS when iMessage is unavailable, but it will only work if the number/email you're contacting is registered for iMessage. Let us know how it goes.

To me that would suggest that your wifi service is not working since it is reverting to cellular. Either that or the recipient is not capable to receiving iMessages (e.g. may be using Android).
