iPhone 13 Pro Max typing in Text area every time I set the phone down

1.)Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.

2.)Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.

3.)Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.

The only other explanation is that this is being enabled accidentally, or there is some issue with your screen causing it to register false touch. If you have a screen protector or similar, removing that may help.
