i need a new charging case
my charging case isn’t working or the light isn’t turning so i can charge my airpods

We'd recommend you first charge your charging case for several minutes, and then try resetting your AirPods using the steps in the following article: How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro - Apple Support
After the reset, if they still don't recognize the case or won't charge, then contact Apple Support to look at options regarding service.
