Panic CPU x caller Blackscreen

Hey , my iphone 12 fell down and now i have a black screen but can type etc. i looked up on a Tool something because i wanted to backup my phone , i see the error log from this phone and its the date + time when it fell and its saying "Panic CPU x caller" and crash reason : "Problem connecting CPU and peripherals" anyone maybe can help me? Thanks to all
