Is it Ok if i charge my Iphone while playing online games? will it degrade my battery ? i usually plug it in charge and play games for 3/4 hours (continuous)in a cool environment. i don't particularly notice extreme heat as i remove the phone cover while charging and playing games with high graphics. my average screen time is like 9/10 hours where most of the usage is from games (5/6) hours.

Leaving Plugged In:
Yes. Unless it Overheats: All is fine. In fact, leaving a device plugged in to power when using it is best. But, if it overheats, then that is when to unplug it. When it overheats, that domes down to its own troubleshooting.
About a Degrading Battery:
As for a degrading battery, all batteries degrade --and they do so as you are using the device. Unfortunately, however, there is no way to know why, nor when, the Battery Health percentage decreased.
