Is there any way I can have a week view on calendar IOS but with a bigger ‘all day events’ view.
I would love to just drag the the ‘all day view’ lower to open up a fuller picture of my week and task durations rather than scrolling and only being able to see three lines at once.

There isn't a way to change the view as you describe in weekly for All Day events. You can see additional information on the Calendar app for your iPhone here: Change how you view events in Calendar on iPhone
