I've bought my new MacBook Pro in China, but the Apple Store is not Chinese cause my Apple account is not created in China. To add a new payment method is not possible, neither is it possible to use an Italian bank cardcause I 've got it lost before.

I've bought my new MacBook Pro in China, but it's needed to create a new Apple account so that I can use App Store and I-tunes with a payment connected, it means at the same time I should have all my purchases lost. And if I can add a new payment method with a new account, I should pay twice for everything that I need still. If I'm a traveller, for every country I go I should create a new account and buy what I need again. It makes me feel that things are not true as it's said. I think it's the dispositive which determines which payment method should be used, but not where the account is created. Apple account is personal, and can be created everywhere for who's in possession of an Apple dispositive, of course it can be used everywhere in every country. It should be the dispositive which we can decide where to buy, if in Europe or in China or in America, cause maybe different factories could make little bit of difference of the materials and in little bit of price change. Well, my problem is that I'm using my apple account created in Italy years before, and using my Apple account in China, but there's no way to add a new payment method here in China, even if I buy gift cards for charging my account, it's not possible to add to the credits cause I have one Euro and 15 cents left, I should use them first and then I use open Chinese store, soI bought gift cards but they provide Chinese currency, and it's said that it should be used in Chinese Apple Store after I would have my credits remained spended. I mean, what does it mean? Can't I add a Chinese payment method, and pay with Euro? And can't I charge my account with Chinese currency but adding credit to my remaining credit in Euro but change them in Yuan( Chinese currency). Isn't it possible for today? How and why? People go to abroad all over the world paying with Alipay or with Chinese bank card, but why I can't?

So I want to ask help or support for any solution for my problem. I think that's more fair.
