My Apple Music account says it will be cancelled next month. I want to continue. How do I correct this?
I attempted to upgrade my Apple Music Individual Plan to Family Plan (no trial offers, etc). On my Android phone, in Apple Music app under "Manage Subscription / Your Subscription" it lists "Family (Apple Music) Ends September 18 2023". Below that under the "Renewal Options" section, the second option "Family (Apple Music) Ends September 18 2023" radio button is active. When I touch this, it give me a message "We've run into a problem. This offer is currently unavailable." --- So am I set up for Renewal or Cancellation??? I do NOT want to lose my library!! (Would be so much easier if there was a human somewhere.....just saying.)
