Map data does not appear on iMAC

This problem has been occurred in the following steps.

New account created.
With the new account, in the MAP app, map data does not appear.
But, while old account logged-in, in the MAP app, map data appears with no problem.

Make sure you have enabled Wi-Fi, I believe both Weather and Maps require Wi-Fi to operate successfully.
