Given what you said you use your phone for, most of the current crop of iPhones will do well. The 14 and 14 Pro models have great cameras and as thatnoobMRVR told you the Apple Event is coming up in September, it might be good to look at the new iPhone 15 models when they're announced. What you should really consider is buying a phone with the most storage you can afford. Once purchased, the memory on iPhone is fixed and can never be increased. Photos take a LOT of memory, so more memory will be a major advantage to you.

Seeing as you mentioned that you don't play games on your iPhone but you take lots of photos and videos and travel a lot, you might want to go with an iPhone 14 because of the camera quality.

You may also want to go to your local Apple Store or carrier store and actually pick up the phone. You may like one size more than another.
Yeah I always get the most memory and I also have portable storage for the tv hookups that are used for my phone
