My iPhone (14) email is no longer syncing with my MAC, I receive emails on all my Apple devices, but when I delete or move emails to other folders on my MacBook Pro (Apple M1 Max) they do not move or delete on my iPhone. All my software is up to date on both.

Are you finding that emails moved, or deleted on your iPhone do sync to your MacBook Pro? Or is that action also not syncing?
You didn't mention which email provider you are using, if it's iCloud here's some information:

Just to confirm, are you using the Apple Mail app on your devices, or a different email application? Were any changes made to your devices or their settings before email stopped syncing? If so, what was changed?

My iPhone doesn’t sync with my MacBook. I do most of my work on my laptop and when I go to my iPhone, it doesn’t reflect my mail on my laptop.
I’m using MACs mail app on my iPhone. I have exchange accounts and Comcast
I’m using the Apple mail app. I’ve made no changes to either devices. This all started happening after an update somewhere along the way.
Same thing is happening to me. Did you ever get it resolved?
