I'm trying to connect a Smartboard to my MacBook Pro running Ventura 13.5.1. I downloaded the latest Smartboard drivers today.
I've got the HDMI and printer cable both running out of the front of the smart board. The screen connects, but the touchscreen does not seem to work. E.g. if I click on an App icon on the smartboard, nothing happens.
Any advice?

with Mac's we have found that you have to allow the "SMARTboard Service" in privacy settings for touch functionality to work. Just a security feature to approve something taking over your screen.

I suggest you get tech help from the smart board developers. Since your connection works, it sounds to me to be a smart board issue.
Are you certain the HDMI cable is the one required to support touch screen?
