Scratch on back glass of loaner phone

I got an iphone xr for loaner device but now the loaner phn have a micro scratch on back side glass for that reason the service centre was asking about whole unit price for the crack. And they will noy give me the phn back please help me as soon as possible

No one here will be able to help you with your issue, since we have no control over the store that loaned you the iPhone.
