Iphone 14 pro lagging after ios16.6 update

iphone 14 pro 512GB,

104GB occupied

Battery health is at 100%

prior to ios 16.6 update

there wasn‘t any heating issue, lagging, or jumpy screen, screen is twitching and not smooth while scrolling, let alone being irresponsive, keyboard typing response has gone slower too,

i tried restarting, restoring,

reset without restoring,

cleared cache but to my dismay the issues remains, it‘s pretty frustrating…

anybody knows how it could be solved ?
