My mac is saying to login as an authorized person
my mac wont do a software update with out me login in as an authroized person and it doesnt let me login with my apple id so i have no clue what login info im supposed to use

Is your Mac asking you to authenticate with an Admin username and password?
Normally, the first account that you set up on your Mac is an Admin account. If the Mac asks you to authenticate, and you believe the request to be legitimate, you would enter your local password (not your Apple ID password).
