Erroneous error message keeps bugging me

Every few days I get the message "This Mac can't connect to iCloud because of a problem with" my Apple ID when there is no problem and I just have to log in again. How can I stop this from happening?

MacBook Pro 13″, OS X 10.11

You can then do an archive installation Reinstall macOS - Apple Support

Yes erasing the hard drive will completely erase all the previous files , regarding iCloud if all applications are synced Set up iCloud features on Mac - Apple Support

Also iCloud Drive and desktops and documents box are checked they will again sync when same Apple ID and password is again signed after fresh insulation , if files are corrupted in the latest Mac if you use time machine to back up the same data will again be installed and possibility is that again Mac can be corrupted .

Better do a clean installation .

Whenever I restart the computer, that error message comes up. If I want to generate the error message, all I have to do is restart the computer. Otherwise, it will come up randomly every few days on its own. I only have one network in my house. MacOS is up to date. I have no problem signing into iCloud, I just can't get rid of this error message that keeps returning every few days. I would ignore it, but that doesn't do any good. It just keeps hounding me.
