Troubleshooting a Mac with a Question Mark:

Two Thoughts:

A. Go here: How to Repair a Mac Disk with Disk Utility - Apple Support


B. Mount the Drive:

Boot into Recovery Mode (Hold Down: [Command + R] upon boot). Then, using Disk Utility, see if the Hard Drive is seen. If it is, then see if you need to click the “Mount’ button for it. Try rebooting once more. If of no success, then click unmount button, and then the mount button. Try rebooting once more.

A. Provide a New Photo, Please:

My apologies, but the screenshot is a little blurry. So, please reply back with a. clearing photo.


B. Erase All Internal Partitions:

Reset All Shown that is of the Internal Drive, including the part names "Data". Be careful not to erase partitions, such as thought from a connected dour, such as an internal hard drive.

Mount All Volumes to Erase Them:

For all of the volumes show on the far-left column, click "Mount" on the top of each, one-at-atime. See if it proceed from there. then, the "Erase" tap, easing each volume. Then, process with the install.
