iPhone Apps are switching or screen sharing on their own.

Someone help me please when i use more apps together then i make minimize and apps switching then sometimes i saw my screen is sharing why coming like that I didn’t make share screen anyone can help please my phone is hacked or no

Unlikely your phone has been hacked.


Any chance this is a phone provided by your job? If yes, then their device management service may have an option for remote screen viewing.


If this is not a work provided device, make sure you’re on the latest iOS version (16.6) and keep an eye if it happens again. If it does, then you can try resetting all settings.


Taking that step will not erase personal data.
