Get at "Connection Error" or a Validation Error, when try to log into Icloud to view my photos. I am able to see them on my phone. Apple Support has not been able to determine the problem.

After spending nearly 2 days on this issue, and many hours with apple tech support, and finding hundreds of people with the same problem, I was surprised to find a 1 minute fix within the Apple Community pages.
I am hoping that the change I made to my computer to immediately give me access to my Icloud photos does not impact any other programs on my desktop Windows 11 computer, but it quickly resolved my Icloud issue.
Control Panel - Network and Internet - Change Adapter Settings - Properties - now, uncheck the "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) box.
After I restarted my computer, I was able to go into Icloud.com from any browser and access my photos immediately.
Like I said, I have yet to notice any other change in my computer's behavior with any other programs, but if I end up having any issues, I will go back and re-check this box and again be calling Apple Tech support to see if they can offer me a different fix.
I hope Apple addresses this issue with Icloud, as I literally saw hundreds of others with this same issue and after talking to tech support for many hours, they could offer me no solution. Maybe an update for Icloud will need to be done to fix this incapatibility?
