Hello, Can I use the same apple id to login to a new iphone to find my old one? Will I logout from lost iphone on doing so?

My iphone was stolen. Can I use the same apple id to login into other iphone so that it will help me find the lost one? Will I be logged out of lost iphone? Someone please help

Logging In to Access your New Data:

You can sign in, as long as you have access to that iPhone. Note that you need to have the phone in front of you, if you want to enable Find My on it. Moreover, note that you will need to wait 90 days until you sign in with a different Appel ID. Finally, note that Apple IDs cannot be merged, as of this reply. So, try the following...

Do Two Things:

A. Verify this Device:

Verify that you the device is logged in to your account, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support


B. Consider Modifying your Credentials:

Having been stollen, someone lily has your credentials. So, by all means, modifying them.
