very low transfer speed on airdrop

a I'm experiencing very low speed transfer rate when using airdrop when I transfer files from my iPhone 14promax to my MacBook or to other iPhones

I'm on iOS 17.0 (21A5326a)

the problem started when I was on iOS 16 I think

I have tested every thing ranging from factory reset, network reset , turning off or on hotspot,

its driving me crazy,

I have another odd problem which I don't know related to this or not, my iPhone and apple what always shows 24 hours format clock even when I toggle on or off 24 hour format

please help me
