A couple of things to understand. A number of these offers for a SUB (Sign Up Bonus) are specific to the individual and the email containing the offer is specific to the individual it’s delivered to. If anyone else follows the link, they will not qualify for the offer.

If you follow any other link or a link in an email or on a website and not the specific email addressed to them, the offer does not apply and even if they complete the requirements per the offer, they do not qualify and will not receive the SUB.

Please post a photo of the entire email that you received and the link you followed.

Hi,

I got an email offer in April 2024 to get a new apple card. Needed to be a new user and activate by May 7, 2024 and then spend $75 within 1 month.

I applied and was approved on April 29, 2024. I also purchased a new iPhone and spent over $1,000 in less than a month.

I have contacted Apple Support at least 6 times. Twice I was told someone would call me back in 10 days which never happened.

I was then asked to send in documentation. I sent in the original email offer as well as the email showing I was signed up for a new Apple card

Now I am told I did not use the correct website to qualify. At least 2 reps told me that the offer appeared on numerous websites. They also told me it looked like I followed all the rules.

The email with the original offer was Apple<news@insideapple.apple.com and <applecard@insideapple.apple.com (Welcome to your Apple Card) as well as the acceptance and offer for a titanium card etc.

The lasted communication said I needed to use apple.co/cardemail040924b.

Are we saying I got a bogus offer that was able to issue a new Apple card as well as a titanium card.

I have been a long time Apple customer and feel I am entitled to my $75 credit. This issue has been dragging on for over 2 months.

I have saved all my emails on this issue including the original offer and acceptance which I already submitted.

Please advise.

A very unhappy longtime customer!!!

Ralph
