My app is coming in with video all pixelated

This is probably a problem with the Wi-Fi connection to the TV.

Check for firmware updates for the TV, and check the Wi-Fi network connection performance, and for Wi-Fi interference.

If the TV has Wi-Fi signal strength indicators—usually listed as RSSI, and noise—in some TV diagnostic menu, post those.

Worth a try, but I am unfamiliar with how Sony manages app downloads for their TVs.

That one TV is working and the other is not does not rule out Wi-Fi issues.
