My mom had this problem before. I took her Apple Watch to an Apple Store, and they told me it was a battery problem. When did you purchase the watch?
The only thing you can try, is a force restart.
The watch will try to boot again, from scratch.
Here's the way:
- Hold down the side button and Digital Crown at the same time. The Digital Crown is the rotating button located on the side of the device.
- Keep holding these two buttons down until you see the Apple logo appear on the screen.
Since your Watch is already stuck on the Apple logo, you should see him flashing a bit.
