I have a problem with the payment method. There is a card that is no longer in use and it won't let me delete it. I try to delete it in multiple ways but it asks me to verify it. It is impossible to verify it since it no longer exists. It also doesn't let me add another method. I need urgent help please

Ongoing subscriptions and Family Sharing organizers must always have a payment method present. To edit the cards used for those you may need to first add the new card and make it the primary payment method before removing the old card (see: If you need to change or update your Apple ID payment method - Apple Support ).
