Hey there prabhakarmathad,

We'd like to help by ruling out some possible causes:

  1. You mentioned checking that all settings were correct, but didn't mention which ones you checked. That being said, we recommend making sure to check the settings listed here to make sure tracking your sleep is good to go: Track your sleep on Apple Watch and use Sleep on iPhone
  2. Sometimes unexpected behavior can be resolved with a restart: Restart your iPhone and Restart your Apple Watch
  3. If you have a compatible iPhone model paired with your watch, the latest for it would be iOS 16.6. If you have a compatible iPhone model, the latest version is iOS 16.6. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then update: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support We also see you have watchOS 9 installed on your watch, but the latest version is watchOS 9.6.1. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to update: Update your Apple Watch

If the issue remains, the next step would be to let Apple Support know what's been tried as they'll be in the best position to assist further: Get Support

Cheers!
