Can I add my insurance cards to Apple Wallet?
I'd like to carry less cards including my health insurance cards. I think it would be more convenient.

You have to ask this question to the Insurance Company. This is because they will decide whether they can support having insurance cards in the Apple Wallet.
If your Insurance Company has an app and the app shows your Insurance Card, then you can follow its instructions to add the card to the Appel Wallet.
