iPhone 13…Certain Apps are not working on Data

Some of my apps are not working on Data for me. Seems half are and half are not including my mail. Tried deleting, reinstalling. Turning phone off and back on, and even a network reset. Still no luck

Enable Use for these Apps in Cellular Mode:

  1. Go Here: View or Change Cellular Data Settings on iPhone - Apple Support
  2. Scroll to: Set cellular data use for apps and services
  3. As it Reads: "Go to Settings > Cellular, then turn Cellular Data on or off for any app (such as Maps) or service (such as Wi-Fi Assist) that can use cellular data. If a setting is off, iPhone uses only Wi-Fi for that service."

So, are these all greyed-out, or can you just nut tap them?

Troubleshooting iPhone iCloud Settings Acting Up:

A. Remove Beta Software:

Is iOS 17 installed? iOS17 is beta and is still in the phase of development. So, if installed, I got a hunch that it is this beta version giving you the issue. So, uninstall it. Report back if all is fixed: Removing Beta Software: How to Uninstall iOS or iPadOS Beta Software - Apple Support

B. Perform New iCloud Sessions:

One all of your devices, log out of iCloud, and then back in, one-device-at a-time. Perhaps it all needs to reset?

C. If you Can't Perform the Change...

Set this Up Anew:

If you need to rid of these, it would seem your only option from here is to, reset your iPhone anew, as if you were to sell it. You'd back up what-need-be, and then perform as intreated here, including the iCloud logout and backup creation: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

IMPORTANT:

Restore from a Backup:

Be certain back up your iPhone prior to perform the reset. That way, you can have something to restore your iPhone from, should anything go wrong with the reset.
