i was updating my phone and when it finished there werent any important app like safari and app store and also I cant call or send message . not any app can be found in app libery or in content & privacy restriction. Also all my staf are in my phone because my iphone storage is 120/128 pls help.

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

I would recommend that you 👉 Restore your iPhone from the computer backup. This process will delete all data from your iPhone first and then ensure that the update was/is completed properly and then will restore the data from the backup file created on your computer.

What exactly do you see on your screen? Your Home Screen with Wallpaper? Do you see the task bar at the bottom? Do you see a black screen with the Apple logo? Can you take a picture of your screen and post it here?

Do you use iCloud to create backups of your iPhone? OR Do you create backups of your iPhone on a computer?

I see everything normal except that everything appears to be deleted (in appearance) but it's still on the iPhone. Namely, I can access the apps that appear on the home screen, and those are the only apps I can use on the iPhone. Everything else is impossible to use. I can't even access iCloud, and as you can see, the App Store and Safari can be used.
I have reset the phone to factory settings and now I'm going to restore the backup on the phone, and it's showing me"itunes could not restore the iphone because not enough free space is available on the iphone". Please, can someone help me, i am literaly backuping data from the same device.
