stuck in chinese language
my phone calendar is stuck in chines and thinks i set it up at china for some reason please help

You posted a Screenshot of Region Settings.
The Apple ID that you are using is associated with the Country as China. Please check.
Country of your Apple ID: Log into https://appleid.apple.com with your Apple ID credentials and check (COUNTRY / REGION)
