Preferred language changes to Chinese automatically on iPhone

When I try to enter for example: a game, it automatically changes it to Chinese even when the preferred language is English, another example is when I try to create a new Apple Account for myself, it says I need to accept Terms from China, and how “the United States might take some of your information.” Even though I already am in the United States. Does anyone have a solution to this?

PS, I don’t use VPN’s, my region is set to United States, even the time zone is United States. I have tried restarting, removing my SIM card, and etcetera.

Do not do it using your iPhone.

Change your Apple ID country online

  1. Sign in to appleid.apple.com.
  2. Tap or click Personal Information.
  3. Tap or click Country/Region.
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions. You must enter a valid payment method for your new country or region.*
