I can’t see my hidden photo or folder as there is no “hidden” button available under “utilities “ in “album” in “photo” app

my iPhone XR …. I do the following to get to my hidden album,….
Go to photos button then albums.
do not hit “see all” to expand them, but just keep scrolling down till you see “HIDDEN” folder. Press that to open. —You probably have to use face or touch access.

Have you enabled the Hidden album to show in Settings > Photos? If not, turn on the switch to show the Hidden album in the Settings > Photos.
