"Hidden Photo Album" in Photos disappeared after downloading Sequoia 15.1.1

It does not appear in the side bar even after clicking on "Show Hidden Photo Album" in "View"

I am able to hide photos and have hidden photos in the past, but I am unable to ever view any of my hidden photos. For all intents and purposes, hiding a photo deletes it from view in my Photos app.

Photo Album list view missing? I had created a set of Albums sorting all my photos. Now it's totally buried under view on the toolbar for the Photos app on my I-mac. Is there a way to get back the list view, please? Or how else can I create a new smart album? Laugh of course I probably need to double check the difference between folders and albums. Thanks!

Hidden is in the Collections > Utilities section.
