I have cash back % on purchases listed. I got an email Thad said I reached a certain $ amount. How do I access this money?

To have access to your cashback amount you should have Apple Cash enabled for it to be deposited to.

There is no dollar limit on purchases. However, some purchases do not qualify for cash back. What did you purchase? It could be an error too.
