How to recover missing Apple Cash balance?

So I bought something and I had 2 bucks and 38 cents. Something around there now it’s gone I have 0.00? Please explain and give me my money back

How do I get back $ I accidentally loaded to my Apple ID balance? The money transfer was supposed to go to my wallet like it normally does.. this time it went to my “Apple ID balance” and I can’t use the money nor cash it back out to my account. Money taken out of apple cash suddenly, without me spending it I had $4.96 in my apple cash. I tried to spend $3, and my card got declined, so I tried again. Declined. I look down at my phone, and suddenly, I have $-19. I say "okay maybe it's a glitch," so I turn off my phone for a couple of minutes. I look back at my phone again, and now I have $-16. Does anybody know what's happening?

Gas station took all the money from Apple Pay card I went to the gas station and only put $10, little did I know it charged my Apple Cash $69.90(all that I had in there) and cause this problem never happened before I didn’t ask for a receipt and now it looks like I may not get it back
