I went to the gas station and only put $10, little did I know it charged my Apple Cash $69.90(all that I had in there) and cause this problem never happened before I didn’t ask for a receipt and now it looks like I may not get it back

Typically when you pay outside, stations but a hold on the account. Call the station and ask if they placed a $60 hold on your account.
Holds are generally released in 5 days.
What kind of card is your Apple Pay Card, credit or debit? Did you pay inside or outside?
