Made a transaction payment from my Apple Cash account to my Apple Card of $200 and it did not go through.

On Friday, January 26, 2024, I made a transaction payment from my Apple Cash account to my Apple Card of $200 and it did not go through. But the $200 was taken out of my Apple Cash account and I have spoke with a number of Customer Service people and have no idea where my $200 has went. It was credited to my Apple Card and it is not in my Apple Cash. My $200 has just vanished and nobody is taking responsibility, Not Apple nor Goldman Sachs.

So, I’m confused. If it was credited to your Apple Card, what exactly is the issue? If the amount is not credited and then please call Green Dot Bank to get the ball rolling in resolving your issue.
