FaceTime & iMessage
Basically every time I turn on my iPhone it asks for iMessage and FaceTime activation I click ok and it charges me but why does it happen every time it restarts any fix to this?

Have you tried to check your phone number in the Messages's settings?
If you go to Settings - Messages - Send and Receive you should be able to manually select your number, I had this problem some years ago and I've solved it by selecting my number instead of iCloud email.
