dose anyone know how to create an app for the play store?
Search for info on downloading and using Google Android Studio or some other equivalent third-party IDE, and for info on Google Play Store. For learning about these and other Android / AOSP tools, Google Android forums are going to be a better resource than will be around here, too. Apple focuses on Ccode and Playgrounds, neither of which builds Android / AOSP apps.
There are available cross-platform frameworks (e.g. Setapp) as well, but now you’re coding to that tooling, and are dependent on that vendor for updates and troubleshooting and fixes and new support for that third-party framework across all of your target platforms.
If you “have an idea for an app” as is the all too common trope, I’d suggest isolating your efforts to one platform, and not try solving all of the issues that will arise across all platforms. Aim smaller and more focused, lest you drown in support and cross-platform details.
