Is my iPhone at risk after responding to a scam text? I’ve been getting texts from numbers like “63109” claiming the she is my health benefits rep and to reply Stop if I want it to stop. I usually delete and report to junk but I always get another, without thinking I text back stop cause I was so annoyed. Then it hit me that it could be a hack and I just replied and handed over my phone to a hacker. Is this possible? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Does the call appear in Phone/Recents?

Where was the phone when you were asleep? And do you have Calls on Other Devices enabled in Settings/Phone?
