How do I access my backup data to be able to delete what I don't need?
I need to decrease data on my icloud How do I do this

You cannot view or edit contents of an iCloud Backup; you can only use the backup to do a restore or to setup a new device. You can delete backups. If you have backups of old devices that you no longer need those can be deleted. Also see: Manage your iCloud storage - Apple Support
