Just got iphone 14pro. Can't send my wife pictures using i-message. Text messages go through okay in green but pictures will not send.

It appears that you have done it all and including contacting your carrier to ensure that the MMS settings are set up correctly on their side as well.
I recommend that you take advantage of the iPhone 14 Pro’s Warranty and contact 👉 Official Apple Support OR you can always get your iPhone examined at the Apple Store 👉 Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and evaluation.

Been there, done that and every other instruction from every blog and online resources I can find. None of the recommended fixes work. The iPhone 13 I traded in worked okay with the same number-my wife-but something must have happened in the transfer.
