this is November 2023. i cannot send messages or photos to anyone with an Android phone. Verizon technicians eliminated any wifi or cable issues.
my iphone was reset. NOTHING.
OUR CHILDREN HAVE androids and we can’t communicate. as an artist i need to share photos of paintings. none of this is now possible. what am i to do?

SMS messages, the kind you send to Androids, have nothing to do with WiFi or cable. You need to call Verizon and request tech support for your phone, not your internet service. Request that they turn off MMS and Group Messaging. Restart your phone and have them add it back.
did you enable iMessage, and if yes try to toggle it off and back on again
